This is a perfect example of what I consider custom engraving. After a little instruction on the best angle for the picture, the customer sent me this excellent photo of his trophy sheep. The photo below shows the end result on his rifle. 

Below is an example of what I consider my "high end" priced engraving.  I have shown three different distances to give a better idea of the finished look.  This shot gun has 100% scroll coverage with very fine line engraving.  It features three animal scenes that are similar to a painted picture.  This style of engraving has no relief or sculpture to it.  However, the blueing has been removed to highlight the details of the animals.  To have similar engraving would cost $5,000.00.
